RESPONSIBILITY:
Our suppliers carry comprehensive passenger liability insurance to cover any injuries received whilst in their vehicles.
DRIVERS:
All drivers are fully trained and experienced. Their services are included in all quotations.
GUIDES:
Registered guides including foreign language guides can be provided at extra cost.
MAINTENANCE:
All coaches are fully serviced and well maintained.
QUOTATIONS:
Rates quoted are nett and subject to any fuel or tax increases which might occur until a deposit is received. Driver’s meals and accommodation in a single room are EXCLUDED and are for the client to arrange and pay for whilst on tour.
DEPOSITS:
A 25% deposit of the total quotation is required to confirm a booking.
PAYMENTS:
Balance of payment is required in full 14 days prior to commencement of services.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL PERMITTED ON BOARD
CANCELLATIONS:
- 25% of full tour price if cancelled less than 21 days prior to the departure date.
- 50% of full tour price if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the departure date.
- 100% of full tour price if cancelled less than 10 days prior to the departure date.
ACCEPTANCE OF ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The undersigned has the authority to accept full responsibility for and on behalf of the hirer and/or client jointly and severally, that any and all damages and losses arising directly or indirectly due from the hirer or its client’s use of the vehicles we have contracted in to do this job, and permitting the consumption of alcohol by some or all individuals (contrary to our rules) with these damages and losses including but not limited to cleaning, damages and repairs, including the loss of income and related costs for any sub-hired vehicles that may be required to be hired in to meet our commitments when any of these vehicles are out of commission due to related misuse of the vehicles during the hirer’s contracted period of hire of the vehicle/s.
